- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Collected a prescription for myself after seeing Doctor who had sent it through via computer. Staff member appeared harassed and did not appear to know what I was talking about. She made more fuss about having to do more than one task at a time and appeared to lack any professionalism. I was becoming less than convinced that my tablets were correctly dispensed. Indeed the Pharmacist had to correct her. I have seen this eye rolling, sighing and general poor attitude on many occasions in Boots Shanklin and it is frankly unacceptable. The Staff need adequate training and proper leadership. This kind of service is poor outdated and well below acceptable standards for this day and age!by jean symonsMay 17, 2017
